All Terms and Conditions of btjil

01 General Terms

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between btjil ("Platform", "we", "us") and its users ("User", "you"). btjil is an online gaming and entertainment platform providing services to users in Bangladesh.

These terms are written in English and in the event of any dispute, the English version shall be considered authoritative. btjil reserves the right to modify these terms, in part or in full, at any time without prior notice.

Alongside these terms, our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy also apply. These three documents together form our complete agreement with you.

02 Account Registration and Management

2.1 Registration Eligibility

To open an account on btjil, you must meet the following conditions:

• The account must be opened in your own name and for yourself — not on behalf of anyone else.

2.2 Account Security

03 Age Verification and Identity Confirmation

btjil is for users aged 21 and above only. Preventing minors from gambling is one of our highest priorities. We reserve the right to verify identity and age at any time through the following documents:

• Passport
• Driving License
• Bank statement where applicable

Withdrawals may be held pending until verification is complete. Failure to verify or submission of false documents will result in account cancellation and the existing balance may be forfeited.

05 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. A 25x wagering requirement must be met before this bonus can be used. That means, if you deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳2,000 bonus, you must wager ৳3,000 × 25 = ৳75,000 before withdrawing.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus has a specific validity period; if wagering is not completed within the set time, the bonus will be cancelled.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless specifically stated otherwise.
• Meeting the wagering requirements is mandatory before converting winnings from bonuses into cash.
• If misuse of bonus benefits or fraud is suspected, the bonus will be cancelled.

5.3 VIP Program

btjil's VIP program has four tiers: Bronze (weekly cashback up to 0.2%), Silver (up to 0.5%), Gold (up to 0.8%) and Platinum (up to 1.0%). Promotion to a higher tier depends on your gaming activity and contribution. VIP benefits apply to active members only.

06 Gaming Rules and Fair Play

btjil is committed to ensuring fair and transparent gaming. All games operated on our platform are developed by certified software providers and are regularly tested.

6.1 Game Results

The results of all games are determined by Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which is completely unbiased. If a game remains incomplete due to a technical fault, btjil will resolve the situation in accordance with the applicable rules.

6.3 Technical Issues

In the event of a violation of these prohibitions, the account will be closed immediately and all associated balances may be forfeited.
